We recruit candidates who consistently exceed job expectations in their current positions. They are leaders in their respective fields, and often the first names referred by their peers when asked for the top performers in their areas of expertise. Finding the best candidate for each position is our key objective.

The process begins on an initial contact, usually by phone. A brief overview of your background will be discussed along with the key responsibilities of our open position. If interest is established, a resume should be submitted. This process may also occur by viewing our website, finding a job prospect, and E-mailing us a resume. We will contact you in regards to your resume submission. We will verify data, and request you complete a Job Search Application form. This will provide us additional information to use in marketing your skills and experiences to prospective employers. We will then, ask your approval to submit your resume for consideration. We will also solicit professional references from you to include former managers, peers, and subordinates. Your resume and personal information will be entered into our electronic database; however, your resume will never be submitted to a company for consideration without your prior approval. We require our candidates to be honest and forthright with us. We must have an accurate representation of your work and salary history to work through any compensation negotiations. We want to avoid any surprise occurring during the final stages of negotiations. We will provide assistance throughout the entire process. Beginning with the creation and formatting of a resume, if needed, to completing a resignation letter and debating counter-offer pros and cons. Our intent is to develop a long lasting relationship of confidence and trust with high performing individuals who have benefited from our assistance.
