Description: Core responsibilities include directing a staff of professional and support personnel engaged in providing Human Resources Programs. Participate as a member of the Michigan City, IN leadership team to further develop a true business partnership. Apply HR strategy to business strategy, current and future objectives. Partner with the business leaders to manage talent and leadership development, positive employee relations, performance management, compensation programs, benefit programs, diversity initiatives, recruitment and retention strategies, ACE initiatives (continuous improvement tools), legal compliance and cultural development and enhancement.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree required, Masters degree preferred. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Education: Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
- Experience: 10+ Years with a bachelor's degree, 7+ years with a master's degree, and 4+ years with a Ph.D
- Must Have: Bachelor's degree and experience in an HR Manager's role in manufacturing environment.
