Description: Develops and manages a commercial loan portfolio that meets established lending requirements and provides maximum profitability to the bank at minimum risk. Interviews loan applicants, collects and analyzes financial data, and establishes and negotiates terms. Monitors loans up to credit lending authority limit and monitors loan repayment activities. Develops new business and cross-sells bank services and is responsible for commercial loans in non-performing status. Will also actively participate in community affairs. Requirements: • Must have formal credit training, with 3-7 years of commercial lending experience. Good communication skills along with a good understanding of the local market required. Undergraduate degree in business related area. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Proven sales ability.
