1. Can you assist me in obtaining contract work for the next 6-8 months until I can find something permanent?A. No. We are an executive search firm which specializes in the full time, permanent placement of professional level employees. |
2. Can you help my spouse find a clerical job in the local area?A. No. We do not handle clerical jobs, temporary employment, or contract work. |
3. How can I get a copy of my resume to you?A. The preferred method would be via E-mail. You may use either of the E-Mail links above. |
4. Who do you send my resume to once I submit it to you?A. No one at first. It is entered into our electronic database. We try to identify positions which most closely relate to your skills and experiences. We attempt to get a copy of a job description in your hands and review the opportunity with you. If after reviewing the position description you believe it is an opportunity you would like to pursue, we will ask your permission to submit your resume for consideration. Your resume will never leave our site without your prior approval. |
5. How much will your services cost me?A. Nothing…at least in money! All our fees are paid by the employer upon the hiring of one of our candidates. Candidates pay nothing. What we do require of you is honesty and commitment. We must know accurate and truthful information about you, your work history and compensation requirements if we are going to represent you appropriately. In terms of commitment, we ask that if you tell us you want to pursue an opportunity, that you show up and conduct an interview we coordinate for you. Interview no-shows destroy not only your credibility, but ours. |
6. What information will you need from me other than my resume?A There is quite a bit of valuable information not indicated on a resume. I will have you complete a Job Search Application Form that will provide us with accurate information concerning your employment and salary history. We will have to discuss your willingness to relocate, or if not, how much of a commute you would be able to do. We also need to know why you have changed jobs or are looking for a new one. Hiring managers always ask these questions, and it is much better if we have the answers available when they ask. |
